Player Registration Terms and Conditions

These terms must be signed and acknowledged during the registration process on PlayHQ

Eligibility
All players must be eligible under AFL Queensland rules. This includes appropriate age groups, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Fees and Payment
Registration fees must be paid in full before participation in training or matches. Payment plans are available upon request.

Code of Conduct
All players, parents, and staff are expected to adhere to the club’s Code of Conduct, respecting all team members, officials, and opponents.

Insurance and Liability
The club provides insurance for registered players through AFL Queensland. However, personal health insurance is strongly advised.

Injury and Medical Conditions
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed during registration. Immediate notice must be provided for any new conditions.

Attendance and Commitment
Players are expected to attend training sessions and matches. Absences must be communicated in advance.

Uniform and Equipment
Players must wear the official club uniform during games. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from matches.

Media and Photography Consent
By registering, players and guardians consent to the use of photos and videos taken during club activities for promotional purposes.

Disciplinary Actions
Breaches of the Code of Conduct or AFL Queensland rules may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or deregistration.

Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds for cancellation are subject to the club’s policy, and no refunds will be given after the commencement of the season.
